What is an audience?

An audience is a saved group of Slack channels and/or users - create an audience once, and reuse it many times.

Creating an audience

To create an audience, go to Broadcasts in the main sidebar, and then Audiences. Click Add new audience, name it, and then add however many Slack channels or users you want. You can always edit an Audience later.

Editing and Deleting an Audience

Audiences can be edited at any time, whether you want to name it, or add or remove people and channels.

For historical purposes, you cannot delete an audience once you have sent a broadcast to it.
