For this example, we're setting up a Google Group with an alias of `support@your-company.io`.<br>

1. You will need Google Admin Access to proceed. If you are not an admin, send your admin these steps.
2. Navigate to [admin.google.com](https://admin.google.com/).
3. Go to `Apps` > `Google Workspace` > `Gmail`.
4. Open the `Routing` section, and find `Email forwarding using recipient address map` .
5. Click to `Add Rule`.
6. Add the following to your new rule:

   1. Address: `support@your-company.io`&#x20;
   2. Map to address: `ticketing@mail.wrangle.io`&#x20;
   3. Messages to affect: Select either one.
   4. Routing options: Check the `Also route to original destination`  box.&#x20;
