# AI Response Preview

Response Preview lets you test how Wrangle would respond to a message before your users ever see it. Use it to validate your AI settings, custom prompts, and knowledge base coverage.

To access it: go to your inbox settings -> **AI Powered Ticketing**, and select **Response Preview** from the sidebar.

#### How to use it

1. Enter a sample message your users might send.
2. Click **Preview Response**.
3. Wrangle will then generate an example response that includes:
   * The AI-generated response
   * The type of response (**AI Ticket Deflection** or **Smart Reply**)
   * The sources used to generate the answer

**"No knowledge base documents matched this query"** — If you see this message, it indicates no documents in your knowledge base were relevant to the test message. Try adding more documentation, or enable Web Search if the topic isn't covered internally.
