If you're part of a larger organization, there's a chance your company is using Slack's [Enterprise Grid](https://slack.com/resources/why-use-slack/slack-enterprise-grid). We've put together this guide to help you understand how to set up Wrangle within your grid.
### Wrangle accounts are created at the workspace level Within Enterprise Grid, many Slack workspaces can be connected to one another via shared admin controls and shared channels.\ \ When you install Wrangle, you install into a single workspace. Due to how Enterprise Grid works, it's relatively easy to be working from a different workspace and not realize it.\ \ When interacting with Wrangle, make sure you're using the workspace that you installed Wrangle into. If you're not sure which one that is, reach out via Slack or and we're happy to help.
### Select a workspace to use with Wrangle #### From the web Using the Wrangle web app, you login by first selecting your Slack workspace as shown below:

If you accidentally login to Wrangle using a different Slack workspace, you might notice that your account looks different. Luckily, this is easy to fix. Just [logout](https://slack.wrangle.io/auth/logout), and log back in to the workspace you want to use Wrangle with.\
#### From Slack Similar to the web, it's possible to be using Wrangle from Slack from the wrong workspace and not realize it. If you are accessing [Wrangle App Home](/best-practices/wrangle-app-home.md) and not seeing the content you expect, you may want to confirm that you are using Wrangle with the installed workspace.\ \ \ **Via the Slack web app or a desktop client**

### How to see which workspace you have installed Wrangle into within Enterprise Grid Wrangle works best within Enterprise Grid if you install it into a single workspace. You can view which workspaces Wrangle is installed into by following these steps:\ \ 1\. First, navigate to the Enterprise Grid Organization Settings page on the web. You can get here from Slack by opening the workspace menu, then **Tools & Settings > Settings > Organization Settings**. Clicking this will open a new window on the web at a URL that looks like this: `app.slack.com/manage/YOUR_ENTERPRISE_GRID_ID`.

2. Now in the sidebar on the left, open **Integrations > Installed apps**. Search for Wrangle. You'll either see that Wrangle is installed into a single workspace, or multiple workspaces as shown here:

If you find that Wrangle is installed in more than one workspace, we recommend that you remove it from the others, following [these instructions](#uninstall-from-additional-workspaces). ### How to uninstall Wrangle from additional Workspaces in your grid Wrangle works best within Enterprise Grid if you install it into a single workspace. If you've followed [the instructions](#workspace-app-installations) to see which workspaces Wrangle is installed into and found there's more than one, here's how to uninstall Wrangle from all but the workspace you want to work with: 1. From the Installed apps page (**Integrations > Installed apps**), search for Wrangle:

2. Click into the link to the workspaces (2 workspaces in this example), and you'll see a screen that shows the workspaces that you have installed Wrangle into:

In this example, we want to use the **wrangle-eg-1** workspace as our main workspace, and remove the additional installations. So we're going to remove Wrangle from **wrangle-eg-2**. 3. Click the workspace you want to remove Wrangle from (wrangle-eg-2 in this example), and you'll see a screen similar to the one shown below. Click **Manage > Manage apps**.

4. You will be redirected to this page: `app.slack.com/apps-manage/{WORKSPACE_ID}/integrations/installed` as shown below:

Search for Wrangle, and click on the linked app name to open the app page. 5. Now you're in the settings page for the Wrangle app. Click App Details as shown below.

6. This will take you to the Wrangle app in the Slack app marketplace. 1. **Confirm that you see the workspace that you want to remove Wrangle from (wrangle-eg-2 in our example) selected at the top right corner.**

2. Click the Configuration tab. 3. Scroll to the bottom and click Remove App \ You may notice a slight delay (up to an hour or so) until your [Installed apps](#workspace-app-installations) page reflects this change, but eventually you should see just a single workspace listed as shown below:

*** ## FAQ ### I don't remember which workspace I installed Wrangle into. How can I find out? 1. Open the [Admin dashboard](https://slack.com/help/articles/115005594006-Guide-to-the-Slack-admin-dashboard). 2. Navigate to Integrations > Installed Apps. 3. Search for Wrangle. ### I am on a paid plan but I'm seeing that my trial expired. What happened? You may be trying to access Wrangle from a different workspace than the one you installed Wrangle into.
