Here's what you'll see in your export:&#x20;

* Inbox ID and name
* Ticket ID, name, and number
* Ticket created at, created by, and requested by
* Ticket [status](/tickets/web-app-monitoring-tickets.md#ticket-statuses) and [priority](/tickets/web-app-monitoring-tickets.md#ticket-priority)
* Assigned to
* First agent response, first resolved/closed, and last resolved/closed
* [Satisfaction score](/tickets/web-app-monitoring-tickets.md#customer-satisfaction-csat-survey)
* [Tags](/tickets/web-app-monitoring-tickets.md#ticket-tags)
* [Form field values](#form-fields)

When you've exported your ticket history, you'll receive a message in Slack with a link to download the report.
