Zendesk
When an inbox is linked to Zendesk, you'll see the following settings can be configured at the inbox level:

Customize your Wrangle inbox <-> Zendesk integration here with the following options:
Sending comments as internal notes - some organizations prefer comments from Wrangle default to internal notes in Zendesk so they are not sent to customers. You may control that here.
Custom form field mapping - want to keep your form fields in sync between Wrangle and Zendesk? No problem. Simply choose which Wrangle form field(s) you'd like to link to which Zendesk form field(s) and Wrangle will take care of the rest. Linked field values are synced bi-directionally so you don't have to worry about keeping the two systems in sync.
Custom status mapping - If you want to keep a ticket in Zendesk open even after it's resolved in Wrangle, you'd add 'Resolved' in Wrangle to map to whatever status you prefer in Zendesk.
Jira Service Management
When an inbox is linked to JSM, you'll see the following settings can be configured at the inbox level:
Sending comments as internal notes - some organizations prefer comments from Wrangle default to internal notes in JSM so they are not sent to customers. You may control that here.
