How your bill is calculated

How does Wrangle's pricing work?

Wrangle's Pro Plan starts at $138 per month and includes three . Wrangle's Scale Plan starts at $210/month and includes three billed users.

The Pro and Scale Plans also include five that can be used for external ticketing with customers, vendors, or contractors.

Additional billed users beyond the 3 included are $46/month per user (Pro) or $70/month per user (Scale), and additional Slack Connect channels beyond the five included are $5/month per channel.

You can also save 15% by upgrading to an !

What is the difference between the Pro and Scale Plans?

Wrangle's Scale plan includes everything in the Pro Plan as well as a few more features such as:

  • Smart Replies

  • AI Ticket Deflection

  • Public API Access

  • White labeling

Wrangle's Scale plan also includes access to a dedicated customer support manager and a personalized roll-out with live training.

Who counts as a billed user?

Wrangle charges for users who meet any of the following criteria:

  • Admin or agent in any active ticketing inbox

  • Assigned to any active workflow via the workflow designer

  • Admin of any active workflow

Users who do not meet the above criteria are free. That includes:

  • Requesters

  • Workflow assignees who were assigned outside the workflow designer in one of the following ways:

    • Assigning a workflow step to someone chosen in a form

    • Re-assigning a step in a workflow instance to someone else

    • Assigning a workflow step to the requester

What counts as a billed channel?

Wrangle charges for a channel if it's a Slack Connect channel and it meets any of the following criteria:

  • It is an inbox channel used for creating and working on tickets

Wrangle does not charge for any internal channels in your workspace, and you can have as many inboxes and workflows associated with your internal channels as you'd like without any impact to your bill.

How do I change the users or channels I'm billed for?

  • Ticketing inboxes where they are an agent

  • Workflows where they are assigned to one or more steps

  • Workflows where they have an Admin role

If you want to remove a billed Slack Connect channel, either archive the inbox or edit the inbox channel to an internal channel. When you archive an inbox or workflow, Wrangle no longer charges for the associated users or channels.

Keep in mind that the Pro and Scale Plans have 3 users and 5 Slack Connect channels included. If you have less than 3 users or 5 Slack Connect channels, you're still charged the base price of the Pro Plan.

What happens if I add or remove a billed user or channel?

When you add or remove a billed user or channel, Wrangle will first ask you to confirm this change's impact on your bill.

If your billed user count exceeds the 3 included with the Wrangle Pro and Scale Plans, we'll add a per-user fee for those users to your next bill. If you have 4 or more users and remove one, we’ll remove that user fee from your next bill and credit you for any unused time in your current billing period. If your billed channel count exceeds the five included with the Wrangle Pro Plan, we’ll add a per-channel fee to your next bill. If you have six or more billed channels and remove one, we’ll remove that channel fee from your next bill and credit you for any unused time in your current billing period.
