Enabling Chat-Syncing (Early Beta Only)

If your team joined the early beta of Wrangle's ticketing tool, then you'll need to follow the steps in this guide in order to enable it. If you started using Wrangle ticketing on or after March 2023, then chat-syncing will automatically be enabled for you.
In order to enable chat-syncing so your agents can manage tickets from the web, you'll first need to manually invite Wrangle to your inbox channel in Slack. There are two ways to invite Wrangle to your channel. One way is to open the channel details in Slack, go to the "Integrations" tab, then click "Add an app" and select Wrangle.
Or you can @mention Wrangle in the channel, then click "Invite Them" in the followup message from Slackbot.
