Billing FAQs
Yes! Wrangle offers a free 14-day trial that allows you to experience the full feature set.
You can upgrade to the Wrangle Pro Plan by visiting the billing page and opening the billing portal.
Wrangle's pricing is based on how many users you have that are either help desk agents, workflow assignees, or workflow admins. The Pro Plan starts at $250 per month and includes 10 agents or admins. After you have 10 agents/admins, each additional one is $25 per month.
Wrangle charges for a user if they meet any of the following criteria:
- Admin or agent in any active ticketing inbox
- Assigned to any active workflow via the workflow designer
- Admin of any active workflow
Wrangle does not charge for account admins who have not been assigned as admin to a specific inbox or workflow.
Wrangle does not charge for anyone who is assigned to a workflow from outside the workflow designer. These exceptions include:
- Assigning a workflow step to someone chosen in a form
- Re-assigning a step in a workflow instance to someone else
- Assigning a workflow step to the requester
Wrangle has a list on the billing page that shows the ticketing inboxes and workflows that your users are associated with. If you want to remove someone that you're being billed for, remove them from any of the places that are shown in the list:
- Ticketing inboxes where they are an agent
- Workflows where they are assigned to one or more steps
- Workflows where they have an Admin role
If you are no longer using a ticketing inbox or workflow, you can archive it. When you archive an inbox or workflow, Wrangle no longer charges for the users associated.
Keep in mind that the Pro Plan has 10 users included. If you have less than 10 users, you're still charged the base price of the Pro Plan.
If you add a new billable user (for example, by adding them as a ticketing inbox agent), Wrangle will first ask you to confirm this change's impact on your bill.
If you are adding enough users that you'll be over the included 10 user licenses, then we'll add the per-user fee for those users to your next bill (plus a discounted amount for the remaining time in your current billing period).
If you remove a billable user from all associated workflows and inboxes, Wrangle will ask you to confirm this change's impact on your bill.
If you have more than 10 users that you are being billed for, then removing a user will remove the per-user additional fee for them from future bills. It will also apply a refund to your next invoice for that user's unused time on your current billing period.
Yes, we offer an annual, paid upfront plan. The annual plan is 20% cheaper than the monthly plan. When broken down monthly, the annual Pro Plan is $200 per month and $20 for agents/admins after the first 10. The monthly plan is $250/$25.
Let us know if you want to sign up for the annual plan. If you're already on a monthly plan, you can convert to annual by visiting the billing page and opening the billing portal.
