My Dashboard

Use My Dashboard in the Wrangle web app to see all the tickets that are waiting on you, as well as the ones you created and ones you follow.

If your team uses workflows, you'll also see workflow instances that are waiting on you or created by you.

View "Waiting on me," "Requested by me," and "Followed by me" requests.

Click on any workflow instance or ticket in My Dashboard to see the request details.
